E T Costello

Born in the delta of the Zambezi to American and Scots parents, Eustace Tamberlayne Costello is the ungrateful child of privilege and a rootless citizen of no nation.

He has been a farmhand, a roughneck, gold prospector, sommelier, archaeologist, spy, teacher and maître d’. He has grown trees, sailed boats, made rifles, kept dogs, learned languages, gone native, got lost and stayed it.

Currently, he writes from a kitchen in England and raises children with a wife who’s too good for him. It remains to be seen if he’ll be any better at that.
